We roast Monday to Thursday for wholesale orders.
To qualify for a wholesale account all orders must be a minimum of 4kg or more.
Firstly place your order, confirmation will be followed within 24-48 hours with an invoice through our accounts software, XERO. Then you can pay via BACS or Card directly from the invoice. Dispatch notifications will come through OrderSpace and DPD when we have completed your order.
From time to time certain coffees posted here may have sold out. If this is the case we will contact you directly with either an amendment or substitution.
Orders placed over the weekend please allow us until Monday to confirm your order.

Our coffee tastes best at least 7 days from roast date.
Orders will be dispatched using stock roasted within a maximum of 7 days prior to the order being placed.
You may receive coffee roasted on the day of your order being placed, we strongly recommend resting this coffee for 7 days before opening.
We reserve the right to alter your shipping if Orderspace does not calculate this correctly upon generating your order.
