This is our first purchase ever from Indonesia and we are really excited to showcase this coffee.

Frinsa Esate is owned by Wildan Mustofa and can be found in western Java. What makes this producer and coffee truely unique is the effort and care put into the growing and processing of this coffee. Most Indonesian coffees are wet hull processed which given the high humidity makes sense however Wildan has built huge drying facilites to pre-dry coffees and give them a space to escape the rain during processing. After harvesting the coffee is dry fermented in small tanks for 15-18 hours then rinsed and soaked in clean water for 10-12 hours. Drying after the washing process takes up to 20 days.
