To celebrate our 10 year anniversary we are thrilled to present the work of Moises Herrera and his beloved Geisha trees. This is the first time we have ever bought a Geisha varietal as we wanted to source one we had a real connection to.

This lot was purchased on a buying trip to Honduras in the spring of 2022. The cup quality was ethereal, silky, floral and elegant, everything you would want and expect of this variety. This is a testament to the work of Moises and his wife Marysabel Caballero, to say we are fans of their work would be an understatement.

This is a washed coffee and the parchment has been dried on raised beds which are just outside the cupping lab and family house. This coffee would score 89-90 points and represents the pinnacle of coffee production. We are delighted to have this coffee as the cherry on top of our birthday cake.
