Claude Coffee - Filter - Washed Coffee

Hunkute is a Cooperative in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. Sidamo region is famous for it’s clean and floral coffees. What makes this coffee truly unique is that it is certified EU Organic. There are 1912 farmers in the co-op all of whom will deliver their cherries fresh to the washing station daily throughout the harvest period.

Hunkute opened washing station number two in 2012, and are fast developing a fantastic reputation for outstanding quality. The coffee is exported through the Sidamo Cooperative Union who also responsible for the dry milling, grading, bagging and export.
